What's the Story of Your Name?

As members of our multicultural and colorful society, we can easily get lost in the ocean of information. It means also that if you want to be noticed, you need to stand out.

This story inspires and motivates leaders and managers to notice individuals and encourage them to reveal their stories. That's the way to change the organizational culture so that you stand out and your culture communicates true inclusion.

A Reply to Mellody

This speech is about cultural, racial and money matters. There is no spelling error in this title. The inspiration for this speech was Mellody Hobson's speech "Color Blind of Color Brave".

Ilze Be is a Latvian born American. She's come a long way from not understanding the racial matters to her family now being a part of a small African-American church where they are welcomed and accepted as if they were their family members.
